President
Jason Ferrara
Jason is a highly motivated and results-oriented fitness and wellness professional with over 25 years of experience in managing and leading successful fitness centers. Proven ability to increase revenue, improve member satisfaction, and build strong teams. Passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives.
Vice President
Nancy Van Fleet
Nancy has joined the board, bringing her passion for community development. She has been actively collaborating with the previous board to enhance both the landscaping and community's design initiatives. Nancy has seven years of board experience with two nonprofit organizations, including Everyday Hero and Veriditas (where she currently serves as Secretary). Nancy has over 16 years of experience building teams in the ministry arena and has previously worked at Noddings Investment Group as an office manager where she obtained her Series 7 and Series 3 licenses. Currently, she serves as the Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries at First Presbyterian Church of Naples. Eager to contribute during this interim period, Nancy is committed to making a meaningful impact in the community through her dedicated service and innovative ideas.

Nicholas Labenskyj
Nicholas is a highly-skilled professional, who can be counted on for being loyal, trust-worthy, and a dedicated team-player. He has held various high-level positions in the telecommunications industry, as well as, managed his own companies in both the US and Eastern Europe. He held the position of Vice President and then President of the Long Island, Port Washington, NY Homeowners Association for five years. He was Financial Director for an Eastern European Chamber of Commerce. Born in Germany, he has lived in five different countries and speaks six languages. Wrote a book about his experiences living in the Soviet Union. Moved to Naples, with his wife Mila, in September 2022, a couple of days ahead of Hurricane Ian. It was one hell of a welcome party.

Matty FitzGerald
Matti has been in the Mortgage industry for over 37 years and has held various positions in the industry and is currently the Regional Manager for Intercoastal Mortgage with 25 employees under his division. He has held numerous committee roles at his current country club in Wilmington NC and lives in one of his units approx. 70% of the time here in the neighborhood.
