Our Parking Rules
• It is illegal to park on the streets within the GBV community. Signs are posted
throughout the community regarding these rules/regulations.
• Each unit has been provided space to accommodate resident’s vehicles: The
garage and driveway. Hence the garages should be used for what they were
intended to be used for. At no time may a garage be converted to or used as a
living space.
• No vehicle may be parked on the street at any time during the day
or night, with exception of emergency and Law Enforcement vehicles for
emergency purposes only. This includes but not limited to, no parking on the
sidewalks, curbs, grass areas, end of driveway that prevents someone from
walking on the sidewalk, cul-de-sac area, etc. at any time. This applies to
motorcycles and electric bikes, as well.
• Clubhouse parking is available for visitors/guests. Residents are permitted to use
the clubhouse parking lot for free from 5:00AM to 11:00PM. Overnight parking,
from 11:00PM to 5:00AM, is permitted for residents/visitors/guests at $5 per
night or at a reduced rate of $100 per month.
• No person may park in a driveway, other than their own, unless given permission
by that said owner’s driveway.
• No racks and or tools may be kept in the bed of a vehicle that extends into or
over the sidewalk preventing a pedestrian from walking on the sidewalk and or
incurring possible injury.
• No vehicle maintenance may be performed in the driveway or street. Cars may
be washed in the unit’s driveway.
• All vehicles parked outside of a unit garage must maintain current registration
and license plates.
• A vehicle that does not have a license plate or current registration can be towed
immediately with no notice or warning.
• No campers, boats, trailers, mobile homes, etc. may be parked in the street or
driveway and/or clubhouse at any time.
• A moving or storage unit may be in the driveway for a period not to exceed 72
hours during a resident’s transition of moving.
• All parking policies/regulations must be followed at all times or vehicles will be
subject to towing at the owner’s expense/risk, at any time, without warning.
